Turn gaps into knowledge in two actions.

Answer questions
Three steps

From website to working assistant

The primary path is deliberately short: bring in knowledge, review it, install one script tag.

1

Crawl or upload

Import your website, PDF, CSV or JSON into a reviewable knowledge draft.

2

Preview and publish

Test answers, fix low-confidence entries and publish an immutable version.

3

Install one tag

Paste the widget once. Mode, appearance and knowledge update without re-embedding.

Two engines, one knowledge base

Use deterministic KB answers or grounded AI.

Knowledge Base

Fast, auditable, predictable and no per-message AI cost.

AI + RAG

Uses the same published knowledge, with BYOK or managed provider mode and automatic KB degradation.

العربية من اليمين إلى اليسار

واجهة محادثة عربية حقيقية مع تخطيط RTL كامل، وليس مجرد نص عربي داخل واجهة إنجليزية.

Built for operation

Not another chatbot configuration maze.

Unanswered queue

See what visitors asked and turn it into an answer.

Leads + webhooks

Capture consented enquiries and deliver signed events.

Verified identity

Know signed-in visitors only through short-lived server-signed tokens.

Safe failure

AI failure, key failure or cap reached? The widget keeps answering from KB.

Questions

What buyers usually ask

Does the chatbot invent answers?

AI mode is designed to answer from retrieved published knowledge. If grounding fails, Zepo falls back to a KB answer or a safe handoff.

Can I run it without AI?

Yes. KB mode is a complete answer engine and is the automatic degradation path.

Can I use my own AI key?

Yes. Pro/Agency can use BYOK, or use a platform-managed provider where configured.

Does Arabic really mirror the widget?

Yes. The widget supports full RTL layout rather than only right-aligned Arabic text.
